Since 1973 David Schweich Construction, Inc. has been committed to serving our customers in Minneapolis, St. Paul and throughout the Twin Cities metro area with the highest level of craftsmanship, ensuring the maximum value of their investment. In the beginning our work was primarily constructing decks, porches and patio door installations. Over the last 35 years our company has evolved to offer full-service home remodeling and the scale of our projects has significantly grown. On May 5, 2008 Mary Cunnien assumed sole ownership of David Schweich Construction, Inc.

Since 1985 Mary has been a co-owner of our company and has been involved in the daily operation of our business and is committed to maintaining the tradition of providing quality remodeling services to our respected customers. While utilizing the talent and commitment of our professional staff and carpentry personnel to bring new and better ways to design and build a quality remodeling product, it is her goal to bring a seamless remodeling process to every job, whether large or small.

With Mary’s leadership we will continue to serve our customers with clear encompassing designs, accurate up-front pricing, open communication and an unwavering expectation of quality for ourselves and our subcontractors.
