ENERGY STAR

Choosing windows and doors with the Energy Star rating makes heating and cooling your home more efficient. That saves you money and helps conserve energy which reduces pollution caused by power plants.
Energy Star rated appliances use up to 10%-50% less energy and water than standard models. The money saved on utility bills more than makes up for a slightly higher price tag.
Switching out your most frequently used lighting fixtures with Energy Star rated fixtures or bulbs will significantly reduce the amount of greenhouse gas emissions from power plants.
